At The Easy T-Shirt Company we will do our upmost to ensure that the final products you receive are the very best we provide – this will include the quality of the products, the speed of delivery and your overall customer experience.

Pricing & Payments

All our prices are correct as shown – if there is any error, please understand we cannot be held responsible for these web maintenance errors and we will email you immediately to inform you and you can cancel the order if you so wish.

We aim to remain competitive and as such we reserve the right to change our prices.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and payment is securely taken via STRIPE as well as PAYPAL. All payments are in GBP£ Sterling. Refunds once processed can take 3-5 days depending on your bank / PAYPAL.

Designs, Colours & Sizing

The Easy T-Shirt Company has designs created by third party designers and also by our in-house design team. All designs are created in good faith and should not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. 

For personalised products with text / images / logos / designs, etc. uploaded by customers – please ensure that these do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others – all personalised orders are checked by our teams and we will contact you for further information if necessary. Please note we will not print anything images / language we deem as offensive.

If customers upload a customized text / image / logos / design – the customer assures The Easy T-Shirt Company that this is not subject to any rights held by third parties. In such case, the cost of any breaches in copyright, personal rights or rights to the use of the name will be borne by the customer.

We make every effort to make the colours of our products reflective of the actual product – but there will be variances due to display differences on monitors including mobile devices. Please be aware that colours of products and prints may not be the same as what you have seen on screen.

Sizes are approximate and as described by our manufacturers – if unsure please email us on shop@easyt.co.uk and we will be happy to advise further.

Refunds & Exchanges

We can only offer refund or exchange on non-personalised products. Any such requests need to be emailed into shop@easyt.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.

This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss or damage to property and claims of third parties.
