Our Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Please note we can only offer returns or exchanges on non-personalised products.

If you need to return or exchange an item – please email shop@easyt.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the item.

Packages must be physically received by us within 28 days of receipt.

All of our items are handprinted and made to order so they must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations – the Customer is under obligation to take reasonable care of the items in their possession – so please return in the original packaging with any tags & stickers still attached within 28 days of original receipt.

All the returned items will be inspected by our teams and if deemed unsuitable for return (eg. non re-saleable condition) then the item will be sent back to the Customer and no refund will be given. Additionally, if the return is not received within 28 days of original receipt, the products are deemed as accepted by Customer and no refund will be given.

Our teams will check the returns – we would check that the items are unused, unwashed, in their original condition, any tags & stickers still attached, free from marks and free from any odours. In the event the return / exchange is not accepted, our teams will be in contact with you within 7 days of receipt.

Sizes are approximate and as described by our manufacturers – if unsure please email us on shop@easyt.co.uk and we will be happy to advise further.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a free returns or collection service – any items that are returned will be the Customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. Please see below section Returning products.

Personalised Products

Personalised and customized products cannot be returned. As the items are produced on special customer request, they are legally exempt from the right of replacement (withdrawal) – that means if the product does not fit or Customer changes their mind, we are not obliged to refund or exchange it unless it is faulty.

Returning products

We cannot be responsible for any refund or exchange if the package does not reach us – we would strongly recommend you obtain a receipt of posting along with images of the package to be returned for any postage disputes (with your chosen delivery service) along with suitable insurance. Our standard postage is Royal Mail 3 day service with insurance up to £20.00.

Once we have received and accepted the returned products, we will authorise a refund / exchange (as required) – refunds will be credited to the original payment method (card / PayPal). Please allow 5-7 days for any funds to show – this is dependent on your bank / PayPal provider. Exchanges will be prepared and sent out and Customer will be informed.

Faulty items

Each item is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the products are defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt on shop@easyt.co.uk. We will look to replace or refund once we have received the products back to us.

Once we have received and accepted the faulty items will look to replace or refund the products. In the event that the faulty return is not accepted then, our teams will be in contact with you within 7 days of receipt.

If your faulty return is accepted, we will refund the return postage up to the cost of our standard delivery £2.15 (correct as of 07/07/20, subject to change).

Order Changes / Cancellations

Once an order has been received – we cannot accept any order cancellations.

All Customer orders need to be paid in full so if you are unsure then please do not progress to payment section. If you need to speak to us before placing the order, please don’t hesitate to contact us on shop@easyt.co.uk

If you need to change your order (different design / change personalisation) – please contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate any changes if the order has not already gone into production. Please email shop@easyt.co.uk immediately.
