Orders once paid for through our online portals is deemed as an official order and cannot be cancelled by the customer. Customers have several opportunities throughout the ordering process to check for errors in products ordered, invoice address, delivery address, payment details, etc.
We will also send a confirmation email with all order details for final checking of designs & addresses.
However, The Easy T-Shirt Company reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion if:
In the event The Easy T-Shirt Company have accepted your order and taken payment but cancelled your order subsequently, we will credit you within 14 days of cancellation. We will not be liable for any compensation for cancelled orders.
For any personalised products – these will be checked for social acceptability (we will not print any offensive images or language) – once checked, a confirmation email will be sent. We may also need to contact the customer if we feel the image will be of too poor quality for a successful print.
Most orders will be produced in 1-2 working days and then shipped the following working day on a standard delivery service unless otherwise specified and paid for.
For orders received over a non-working day (weekend / bank holiday) – these will be commencing production on the first day back in the office then shipped as normal.
Orders of non-stock items
For orders of items non stock – you will be informed that the item is non-stock and advised the lead time.
Production will be up to 7 working days and then shipped the following working day.
We ship to United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
All deliveries will be sent out surface mail. Below timelines are not guaranteed but are a guide as advised to us by Royal Mail.

Express delivery – 1 day service from shipment day pre 12 noon – £2.00 (Textiles)
Express delivery – 1 day service from shipment day pre noon – £XX (Mugs)
If you need your products even earlier than the above timelines, please contact us before making your order firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavour, where possible to fulfil customer requests.

We will send out the products to the delivery address provided with your order. Please check your confirmation email carefully and if any errors are spotted, please inform us immediately email@example.com.
We cannot be held responsible for products that are delayed, lost or unable to be delivered due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. In this case we cannot refund / exchange missing packages until products are returned.
Any returned products are subject to a charge which will be taken off any refund amount.
